The 8TIMBER Sling Bag is an overbuilt bag that leaves practicality behind. The highlight of the bag is the Fidlock Hook 25 x 3 closure. It is a heavy-duty, magnetic strip meant primarily for tactic vests. So traditionally speaking, it is a ridiculous buckle to put on a 6-liter sling bag. But the idea was to experiment with user interaction and see if the satisfaction of opening and closing the bag was enough to justify such an overbuilt and expensive piece of hardware.
